About CAPTRUST VETS & ROOKIES
We're an elite group CAPTRUST foot soldiers that have either been with the firm for more than a decade, or less than 1 year. Our platoon is a barbell of CAPTRUST associates made up of both young and old. Gen Xers & Millennials racing together towards a common goal.Like an actual physical barbell, we are a virtual dichotomy. Some of our team members are like the bar: thin yet resilient and able to handle tons of stress, and a few of us are more like the plates of the barbell: dense & heavy, yet necessary.
When both parts of the barbell are assembled in one unit, they fit together perfectly and become ONE UNIFIED piece of equipment that can create strength in others.
So many people and children in the world are facing terribly hard times. It has to feel like the world is pushing against them.
When anchored together like a barbell, we are secure. We are durable. And,... the more we are pushed, the more resistant we become,...until we become immovable.
