This is mapped out from the first Speed bump on the bridge in the park. Actual start line will be on the opposite side of bridge to true up the distance. We will head up the entrance road toward the Guard Shack. You will take a left in front of the guard shack and follow the cart path until its end. You will take a left to head toward the dam. There is a single track on the left prior to reaching the spillway. Take this left and follow it a short distance to the end, and take a left heading toward the field. Prior to getting to the field you will see a trail cut to the right. This is just past a trail on the left that would bring you up the hill to the dam. Take that trail on the right. Go straight up a small hill until you are forced left or right. You will take the right heading toward the field. This will dump you out to the wide path in the field. Take a left head toward stone will at the stone wall you will take a right running along the stone wall on the field side. Once you get to the next break in the wall you will be at about 1.25 miles. We will have a water stop at this spot. You will leave the field heading toward the Guard shack. Stay to the right side of this path you will be taking a right heading back to toward the start line down the paved road. You will enter the parking lot on the left in front of the pavilions. This is the West river Trail head. Enter the woods and follow the path until you see it fork. You will stay to the right down trail marked "golf" You will follow this trail toward the river, where it will bend to the left. Follow this trail until it once again bends to the left. You will have the river to the right of you and start a significant climb up a hill. When you crest this hill you will stay to the right keeping on this trail as it takes you down the hill. This is a steep decline watch your footing, you will follow the trail to the right at the bottom of the hill, and again shortly after you will be forced right. This will take you over a bit of a muddy spot and up a small hill follow the trail up the hill and out to the Orange blazed trail. This will complete mile 2. You will be forced to take a left or right. Take a left. This will take you back to the park entrance road. Once you hit the road you will take a left and head toward the Guard shack. Take a right in front of the guard shack and run up the cart path to the water stop at the first field entrance. Apex 2.5 miles. You will be taking a left into the field and follow the wide sandy road through the field toward the dam. You Take a path on the left after you exit the field that takes you across the bridge over the river. This leads you leads you up the hill to the dam. Once on top of the dam you will have completed mile 3 and a water stop greets you. Take a left and run the length of the dam into the woods. Enter the woods at the end of the dam, and follow that trail until you get back to the park. The trail will bend to the right take you up a hill. At the top of the hill you will take a left and follow this hill straight down to parking lot. Run across bridge to the finish line.

(2018) 10k course - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/2965077909
This is the Dam Cure 10K map and directions for anyone who wants to run it prior. The start line will actually be at the far end of the bridge to true up the distance. This is mapped out starting from the first speed bump on the bridge in the park. We will run out toward the guard shack. Turn left and follow the cart path to its end. Take a left and run out to the dam. Cross the spill way and onto the dam. We will have a water stop set up on the dam at Mile 1, where you will be taking a right to head down the right side of the dam and continue running the length of the dam. When you climb the hill to come back on to the dam you will turn left and head back to the water stop where you will take a right. You will run over the bridge and take a right heading toward the field, but will take a quick left that will take you up a small hill until you are forced to go left or right. You will take a right. This will drop you into the wide path toward the top of the field. You will take a left and follow to the stone wall. You will take a right and run along the Stone wall on the field side until you reach the other opening. There will be a water stop here as well Mile 2. You will take a right down that trail heading toward Mendon road. This will complete mile 3. You are going to follow this trail until you come to a newly blazed trail. This is the continuation of the Orange trail. Take the left up the hill. Stay on the orange trail. when climbing hill the trail fades to the right, I believe this is a white diamond keep to the left. Follow orange diamond the left side past a Rock and continue on . When trail starts to go back downhill you will want to continue straight to pass over a mound of crushed Blue stone and gravel. Follow the orange markers beyond this. You will cross over another bit of crushed gravel and sand built up over some drainage laid in the trail. Follow the orange markers you are on a small loop( approx. .5 mile) dragging you back to the main trail from Mendon road and the park. once you connect back to the main trail you will stay to the right and follow this back to the park entrance road. You will hit mile 4 about the point you had entered the main trail originally. Once you reach the road in the park you will take a left to head toward the Guard Shack. You will take a right and follow the cart path again. You will pass the first water stop at the first entrance to the field Approx. 4.5 miles. Follow the cart path do not enter the field. Keep on the cart path until you are at the end(note you briefly enter the field at the second break in the wall but will keep to the right to continue down the cart path). At the end you will take a left and run to the dam. You will run over the spill way and the complete length of the Dam. The water stop will be just shy of mile 5. Enter the woods at the end of the dam, and follow that trail until you get back to the park. The trail will bend to the right take you up a hill. At the to of the hill you will take a left and follow this hill straight down to parking lot. Run across bridge to the finish line.
