Join CHP for our annual Harvest Home Festival & 5K!

Get active this fall and join CHP at our annual Harvest Home 5K Farm Race to celebrate our 2025 season. Race starts and finishes at the Community Harvest Barn and will take place around the farm fields on Wheeler and N Brigham Hill Roads. Be aware that the farm fields have uneven terrain, and may have muddy areas depending on the weather.

All proceeds directly support CHP's mission of building healthy, active and engaged communities through volunteer farming and nutrition education.
