Coach/Bib Pick-Up: 7:45am - 8:45am - Ground/garage level of Base Lodge (1 representative per team, please)
Jury/Crew TBar: 8:00am
Coach's Meeting: 8:30am - at the finish area
Athlete TBar: 9:00am
Inspection: 9:10am - 9:40 am
Forerunners: 9:55am
1st, 2nd Run: 10:00am - back to back runs. (Bib Order, Butterfly, Reverse)
3rd Run Inspection: Immediately following a reset or redress
3rd Run Start: TBD (3rd run may be limited to U12s if necessary
Awards: 45 minutes after completion of the 3rd run - Base Lodge
RACE DAY ALERTS:
There is limited parking at the venue - please obey signage and parking attendants.
Registration / bib pickup is located in the lower level of the base lodge next to the ticket window. One coach per team to pickup bibs (will be sorted by team)
Do NOT ski fast on the public side of the TBar and in slow / family zones. You may have your ticket pulled by ski patrol, in which case you will be forced to hike to the start.
Parent Lift Tickets are available at the ticket window.
All racers & spectators MUST use ski racks at the Main Lodge. Do not leave your skis on the ground.
Bags must not be stored inside the base lodge. Please remove all bags before getting on the T-Bar
There will be an announcer at the Finish Building. The official notice board is WhatsApp. There will be a posting area for updates.
Awards: Top 5 M/F medals for each U10s and U12s (6-10 recognized)
Age-appropriate U.S. Ski and Snowboard rules apply.
Athlete drop-off is only allowed in clearly designated drop-off areas. Please do not pull up in front of stairs to the lodge / First Aid area.
