Entry Fee:

$40 per 2-person team (NO more than 2 players permitted)
All players MUST sign a waiver before their first game. 
Players under 18 MUST have a parent/guardian sign the waiver also.

All divisions will be based on number of teams entered
 

Format/Rules

Pool play tournament.
Open age and open gender.
Divisions may be combined.
No more than 2 players permitted.
