The Psychiatric Emergency Department provides immediate assessment and crisis stabilization for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. We care for patients who come directly from the community, helping stabilize them so they can be safely discharged or transferred to the appropriate level of care. Our team is walking to raise awareness of the mental health challenges faced by members of our community and to help reduce stigma while promoting access to compassionate, timely care.
