B&O BICYCLE TOUR SPONSORED BY HENDRICKS REGIONAL HEALTH
June 14, 2025 at Cardinal Elementary in Brownsburg!  This venue was very popular last year.  The 33rd Annual B&O Bicycle Tour will showcase portions of the B&O Trail as well as scenic countryside.  You may choose from 11-, 17-, 25-, 45- and 62-mile loops. After the ride, stick around for lunch and live music.

WHERE ~ Cardinal Elementary, 3590 S Hornaday Rd, Brownsburg, IN 46112.

START TIME ~ Sign-in is open from 7:30 to 9:00 AM on Saturday, June 14, 2025.  All riders may depart once they have completed their check-in, prepped their bikes and donned a helmet!

WHAT’S FOR LUNCH ~ Listen to live music as you enjoy a fantastic lunch catered by Smokin' J's Barbecue immediately after the ride.  There will be a vegetarian option available!  Thank you to Aqua Systems for donating water and Eby-Brown for the snacks at the SAG stops.

ENTRY FEES ~ Winter discounts on registration fees are in effect through March 31st.  Winter discounts are a full $10 off of the normal registration rates.   Lunch is included with all registrations!  A lunch-only fee is available for non-riders for just $10.  The winter fee for adults is $50 and then goes to $60 on April 1st.  The winter fee for young adults (13-18 years old) is $40 and then goes to $50 on April 1st.  All of these include a t-shirt and lunch.  Children 12 and under are $10 to cover the cost of the t-shirt. Please note that after June 6th, the registration does not include a t-shirt.   Our event is rain or shine.  No refunds are given based on weather.

DONATIONS ~ Consider giving a donation to the B&O Trail in addition to your ride entry fee.  We are actively constructing the trail into Marion County.  It should be completed in late summer 2025.  Local funds raised from generous folks like you enable this expansion along with ongoing trail maintenance.  BOTA is an IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your donations are tax deductible.

T-SHIRTS ~ New this year!  All registered riders receive a souvenir t-shirt if you register before June 6. If you don’t care to receive a t-shirt, you can decline the t-shirt and that portion of your registration fee will be an extra donation to the B&O Trail project.  Or you can upgrade to a long sleeve t-shirt for an extra $10. A very limited number of shirts will be available for purchase the day of the ride.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF RIDE ~ SAG vehicles will be roving the routes to assist with minor mechanical problems or fatigue.  Routes are marked on the roads, but route maps are provided as a backup. Mechanics from Bicycle Garage Indy (BGI) will be on hand to answer mechanical questions and assist riders with pre-ride inspections. Ride On Bicycle Repair will provide mechanical support at the Maplewood SAG Stop.  The first 500 riders to check-in will receive a souvenir water bottle.  Riders will enjoy live music as they eat lunch from Smokin' J's Barbecue (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM).  Lunch is included with your registration.

PARKING ~ Ample parking will be available at Cardinal Elementary School.  Overflow parking is at the Middle School, just north of Cardinal Elementary. As always, watch for signs and parking attendants with safety vests.
