Weekly Revolutions: Our 10-week program will make you work harder, sweat more, and take your winter fitness to a new level. Do not just spin your wheels attempting to get into shape, let your heart race into nirvana at the TRiKC Big Spin Sessions will be held every Tuesday starting January 6. Each session will start promptly at 6:30pm and will last 90 minutes. In 2026, seven of the The Big Spin Sessions will be on Tuesdays and three of the Sessions will be on Wednesdays. The dates are as follows: January 6, 14, 20, 28; February 3, 10, 17, 25; March 3, 10.
