Tent Monitor - Check TeamCBC Zone at Union Park (Ice, Snacks, Etc)

Check snacks, assure neat and tidy. Our TeamCBC Zone is just down from the Start/Stop line.
Add ice to drink and beer coolers. Ice is located just down from our tent, near water edge.

Sell Bike Raffle Tickets (Fri and Sat)

Penny will provide full instructions for Bike Raffle Sales. An easy and fun job!
Assist with ticket sales at Conte Bike Table. WIll be located near Gear Sales. BIKES may be on display but are NOT for sale.
Check in with Nancy at Gear Sales for QR code, Square, etc.
CASH sales will need to be recorded on spreadsheet/clipboard.

Tickets are $20 each. Drawing at 7:30 PM in during MS dinner/ festivities at the Conv Center. DO NOT need to be present to win.

Sell pint glasses near Beer Taps (TBD - either near back door of Convention Ctr or just outside doors on left).
Beer glasses will also be sold at Gear Sales.

Sales strategy: Our glasses are 16 oz versus 12 oz cups provided by convention center ;-)
