Assist with marking routes during the week leading up to the event

Set up the school on Friday evening from 5 - 8 PM
Set up tables, chairs, check-in materials. Put up signs and banners outside as much as possible. Fold and put out shirts if available. Put signs along trail if possible.

Finish setting up the school on Sat morning,
Put out signs along the trail and on the street. Set up inflatable start. Set out registration materials, get supplies ready for SAG drivers, set up signs and banners if needed.

Work with parking captain to direct arriving riders to parking areas in such a way to facilitate efficient use of parking facilities.

Check in riders on check-in sheets as they arrive, give them wrist band and lunch ticket. Give them t shirt. Direct them to the souvenir water bottle table.

Enter name and email on spreadsheet, take payment, Give them wrist band and lunch ticket. Give them t shirt if any are available. (Shirts are only guaranteed to pre-registered riders.)

Set up tent if applicable and tables. Set up water, Gatorade, cokes if available, fruit and snacks. Keep snacks refreshed and area clean. Encourage and give direction to riders as needed. Show where restrooms are. SAG captain will have supplies and shirts.

Circulate Routes to assist riders. Coordinate the coverage with team captain. Check in at school to get vehicle signs, instructions and volunteer t shirt. Carry a few extra water bottles in case people are getting overheated and a pump for flat tires.

Assist with lunch and general event support including clean up

We are looking for amateur photographers who would enjoy capturing images of the day that can be used for future event promotion. This would include pictures of riders on the routes or at the staging area during check in or during the post ride activities. Don't worry if you can't commit to the whole duration of the event. If we have more than one person interested, we can split up the time periods and locations.
