For over 35 years, the Bay State Games has provided high quality and affordable athletic programming to more than 260,000 athletes across the state. We have worked hard to keep entry fees low for athletes and are thankful to our army of more than 1,000 volunteers who have made this possible for so many years. The Adopt an Athlete Fund was created to provide financial assistance to low income athletes and their families interested in competing in the Bay State Games. The goal is to cover the entry fee cost for individual and/or team sports so that disadvantaged athletes can compete in the Bay State Games. Each dollar donated will make an athlete's dream of competing with the best-of-the-best in Massachusetts a reality.
