This is a share-the-road event, roads will not be closed.
You will run with traffic - not against it.
Wake County deputies will help monitor traffic.
For everyone's safety: Stay to the right - No more than 2 participants side-by-side
Follow all volunteer and police instructions
There will be a water station around the halfway point.
5K* runners will receive official times, a finisher's medal, and are eligible for awards
1-Mile walkers are not timed and will receive a commemorative medal

Feel free to carry your own hydration if preferred.

Restrooms Indoor school bathrooms will be available.
There are NO porta-potties on the course.

Course Time Limit There is a 1 hour, 30 minute course limit.
This will be strictly enforced.
Participants over the cutoff will be moved to sidewalks and must follow pedestrian rules.
