Rules

Rules: This meet will be conducted in accordance with USA Track & Field rules, except as modified herein

• Track events take precedence over field events
• If you have a conflict athletes MUST check in with the field officials prior to attending the conflicting event
• CSMG will make every attempt to notify officials of potential conflicts however, it is the responsibility of the athlete to let them know you are here. No refunds for missing your event

Format

• Athletes will be allowed to compete in up to Five events.
• No one will be permitted to sign up the day of the event.
• Participants must provide their own implements, they are not provided not be provided. 
• Throws are four and out
• Long jump & Triple jump are four and out
• High Jump and Pole Vault are standard 3 in a row
