QUALIFICATIONS

Seeking AA and AAA teams.  Must be USA Hockey affiliated and sanctioned as this is a USA Hockey sanctioned tournament.

REGISTRATION FEES

The tournament fee for 2027 is $2,225.  Your registration fee includes athlete gift for each player and up to three coaches.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT 

There will be an eight team AAA tournament and an eight team AA tournament.  

Each tournament will be placed into two divisions of four based upon random draw.  Teams will then play three division games and one cross-over game (to be determined at random).  The top-ranked team in each division will play for the Gold, while the second-ranked team in each division will play for Bronze.   

REFUNDS

Entry fees are nonrefundable. While registering, please double-check the competition dates and qualification requirements. Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be considered in the case of a medical emergency.

REGISTRATION DISCLAIMER - Online registration is a three-step process for each team.

  • Once the team contact fills out the general team application, including payment method, the form will be sent to the hockey sport coordinator for review. The card WILL NOT be charged upon completing the initial application. 
  • Final determination for the tournament will be base upon team MHR on December 1, 2026. 
    • If the team application is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the team's point of contact to fill out the team roster, at which point the card will be processed for payment. If a team is not approved, an explanation email will be sent and the card will not be charged.
  • When filling in the team roster, please include an email address for every athlete for the individual player's registration. Once the team is approved and player information collected, each player will need to click on the Player Info + Wavier Form tab to complete their registration process.  Rosters will not be considered finalized until ALL players have completed the Player Info + Wavier tab is completed. 

Rosters must be completed and also submitted by January 1, 2027 for final approval.  All players must fall within the appropriate USA Hockey age ranges for each division - no exceptions will be made.
