The 10th Annual Glow Ride isn’t just a bike ride—it’s a shining community tradition filled with lights, music, fun, and purpose. This festive fundraiser brings together families, cyclists, and friends of all ages to support local programs like The Haven, Special Olympics, and youth sports teams.

Enjoy a vibrant evening at the Venice Airport Festival Grounds, complete with food trucks, local vendors, glowing riders, and a high-energy post-ride concert from 22N—all under the stars!

🚴‍♀️ Event Schedule

• 3:30 PM – Parking Opens

• 4:00 PM – Registration Opens, Vendor Zone & Pre-Ride Music Begin

• 6:00 PM – Glow Ride Departs

• 6:45–7:00 PM – Riders Return

• 7:00–10:00 PM – Post-Ride Concert with 22N, Food Trucks & Beer Garden

• Entry to the Glow Ride or after-party

• A commemorative T-shirt (must register by Nov 16 — no extras!)

• Your first beer from Big Top Brewing 🍻

• Access to concert, vendors, food trucks, and beer garden

• A $20 coupon for Bicycles International (with $50+ purchase)

• Entry into raffle giveaways and the Most Decorated Bike/Rider Contest

💡 All attendees need a ticket — even if you’re not riding. There is no public spectator area. This is a community fundraiser.

• One free beer (21+) from Big Top Brewing

• Additional drinks for purchase at the Venice MainStreet beer garden

• Food trucks on-site throughout the event with meals & sweet treats (Bring money)

🛍️ Vendor Marketplace

• Explore local artisans, makers, and businesses

• Open 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Vendor registration opens August 1 – free to join (must provide own lighting)

🎉 Downtown Glow Loop

The Glow Ride rolls through downtown Venice, lighting up the night! Locals are encouraged to line the sidewalks and cheer riders on.

• Each ticket includes entry into raffles for great local giveaways

• Extra raffle tickets will be available for purchase to increase your chances!

• Don’t forget to deck out your bike and gear — prizes for Most Decorated will be announced during the after-party

• Raffle and contest winners announced around 9:00 PM
