Then GTE 49 in JeffCo is where you need to be. GTE 49 is going to test you to be more and to be better and to be stronger. We are going to achieve more than we thought possible and be there for one another. We will live the credo where we leave NO MAN BEHIND and leave NO MAN WHERE WE FOUND HIM. You have chosen the hard path, the path less traveled. Expect to change and grow this weekend and to bring back the fire to your regions.

1. The Friday night rally will be the official 2nd F event where we get together to hang out with friends new and old alike. Food and drink provided. Free and open to all PAX.
2. Saturday will start with the Kingbuilder. A beatdown that lives up to the 5 core principles and will be Trainer led, you don’t want to miss this. Free and open to all PAX. FNG’s encouraged!
3. Saturday morning will finish with Growschool, the trainer led leadership development graduate course right out of Qsource manual. Open to event registrants
4. The Main event- Saturday night Crucible Ruck is where all 3 F’s will collide and acceleration is forced. Open to event registrants. 

• Rucksack (20L minimum suggested volume)
• 30lb weight
• 4L of water (combined total between hydration bladders and bottles). 3L needs to be fresh water without any drink mixes or additives
• Headlamp w/red light capabilities + 1 full extra set of batteries
• Reflective bands (minimum of 1) attached to Rucksack
• Windbreaker/fleece
• Carabiner suitable for climbing
• 4’ of rope (550 Paracord highly preferred)
• Photo identification
• $20 cash
• Work gloves
• Index card with following information that is legible and waterproof (inside a ziploc counts)
• Hospital Name, Age, F3 name, Region, Home address
• Emergency point of contact: Name, Phone #, Relationship
• Medical Concerns, Allergies, Medication list
• If they drove: Vehicle make, model, color, location of keys

• Electrolytes
• Hat
• Dry Bag/Ziplock -Highly recommended
• Food/Snacks –Highly recommended
• First Aid/Blister Kit
