What Is Freedom Ops? Freedom Ops is more than an event—it’s a transformational experience. Early in the evolution of F3 Nation, the founders envisioned a signature event to ignite leadership, strengthen bonds, and accelerate growth. By blending F3 GrowSchool’s leadership principles with an overnight Rucking mission, Freedom Ops solidifies what it means to lead and to follow—like iron sharpening iron.

GTE-57 will:

• Reinforce the F3 Mission Formula.

• Forge unbreakable bonds through the three F’s: Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.

GTE Weekend Overview:

• RALLY - Friday Night: A fellowship gathering to kick off the weekend. First break the ice, then break bread with fellow GTE participants (food details TBD). Meet your GTE Trainers and get fired up by their message, then ask any last minute questions of the Freedom Ops Cadre.

• KINGBUILDER - Saturday Morning: An F3 convergence-style workout. A beatdown with a lesson, led by GTE Trainers.

• GROWSCHOOL - Saturday late morning: Following breakfast and coffee on site, this is an intense classroom-based leadership seminar covering leadership topics and including teaching points from QSOURCE F3's Manual of Virtuous Leadership. It is taught by qualified and experienced GTE Trainers. The format includes several break out sessions where you will discuss each topic among your small group. 

• CRUCIBLE - Saturday Night: This is the MAIN Effort of a GTE, a hybrid team-builder including running and rucking mission-based scenarios where every lesson learned will be tested. Each man's leadership skills learned during GrowSchool, and the teamwork of the class is accelerated through physical and mental adversity. Expect to be challenged and transformed. Expect to push through the limits of your perceived thresholds. Expect to bond deeply with your fellow team members and to be moved and encouraged during the Sunriser. The average duration is 15 hours and the expected distance is 22 miles.

• COFFEETERIA - Sunday Morning: Post-ruck fellowship with M's and 2.0's, wrapping up an unforgettable weekend.
