TEAM ROSTERS & WAIVERS:

After your team captain has registered and paid for your team, they will be give a TEAM CODE that will be assigned specically for your team.  This TEAM CODE will need to be distributed to ALL members of the team.  When registering you will mark that you are a 'Team Member' and then input your TEAM CODE, this will automatically assign you to your team.  You will need to complete the registration and sign the waiver.  Your coach will receive an email that you have registered.  Teams must check in at least hour one prior to their first game. Roster limit of 10. Minimum of 3. Teams must be all of one gender. 

COMPETITION FORMAT:

  • All registration and team rules apply to non-playing coaches, non-playing captains, and non-playing bench personnel.
  • Each team must provide one scorekeeper per game.
  • Athletes may compete with only one team per sport.
  • The age division for all competition will be determined by the age of the youngest team member as of December 31, 2023.
  • If numbers are conducive, teams will be divided into pools within their age division. Within each pool, a single round-robin tournament will be played. Each team will play a minimum of three games provided that all teams entered in the age group are present. Age groups with single team entries will be given exhibition opportunities with the nearest age group. A single team entry will be an automatic winner and will not detract from the record of any opposing team.
  • KSG reserves the right to change the tournament format for any age division based on entry numbers, space restrictions, or other circumstance.
  • Ties will be broken in the following matter: a. Overall record, b. Head-to-Head Competition, c. Defensive points allowed, d. Coin toss
  • This tournament will be conducted in accordance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules except as modified herein. For a copy of NCAA rules please visit www.ncaa.org/.
  • No black-soled shoes will be permitted on the gym floor.
  • Game balls will be provided.
