TIME: Check-in: begins at 8:00 a.m. with the 1500M race starting at 10:am. The 5000M race begin upon conclusion of the 400M Dash around 12:30pm.
RACE WALK FEE & ONLINE REGISTRATION: $25 per person. Includes both the 1500 Meter and the 5000 Meter event.
DEADLINE:
Friday, September 6th. Late entries will not be accepted.

COMPETITION FORMAT:
- Events include 1500 Meter and 5000 Meter.
- Both the 1500 Meter and 5000 Meter Race Walk will take place on the track.
- Athletes must use proper Race Walking techniques or risk being disqualified. Certified Race Walk judges will judge both events and will disqualify anyone not using proper Race Walk techniques.
- Athletes must not wear clothing that could impede the view of the judges.
- All Race Walking events will be conducted in accordance with the USA Track and Field rules, except as modified herein. Please visit www.usatf.org/ for complete rules.
