Assist in bringing down gear from the Carolina Brewery storage and delivering to Raleigh Brewery, Neil St Raleigh. SUV Recommended.

Load gear into your SUV and securely store overnight. Coordinate with Nancy or Penny for a convenient time on Sunday to return gear bins to Carolina Brewery.

Assist in coordinating (prior to event) and setting up Silent Auction at Raleigh Brewery, day of event, 5 PM.

Check on table tidy during the event and answer questions. (will review with you prior to the event)

Registration Table Management

Check in previous registrants, process same day registrants, encourage general patrons to buy a 'ticket' to participate in the auction, raffle and free professional photo. Provide wristband.
