Paint arrows on routes. Works best if done by bike with 2-3 people. 3 routes to mark: 20-mile, 37-mile, and 64-mile route all starting from Aviator Brewing Co in Fuquay-Varina. May be done any time prior to ride, preferably 10-14 days in advance.. Road marking volunteers get to ride for free (contact the volunteer coordinator before you register to ride).

Work with event director to assist with event as needed. Tasks may include setting out food, getting supplies, and serving as additional sag driver if needed.

Sat afternoon Mar 28th - Pick up trailer from behind CBC (140 Thomas Mill Rd Holly Springs) drive to Extra Space Storage (1309 New Hill Rd Holly Springs) to be loaded by volunteers. Drive trailer to Aviator Brewing Co (688 Brewing Drive, Fuquay-Varina) . Reverse route after the ride on Sun. Organize the rest stop bins. Pack food items in them and label them for Sunday. Place all tables, coolers etc in trailer for Sunday to be delivered Saturday evening.

Pick up 8 10-pound bags of ice and bring to setup. Volunteers for this job can also ride (don't forget to register for the ride)..

Remove items from trailer and organize for the various rest stops, plus assist with setting up registration. Volunteers for this job may also ride (don't forget to register for the ride).

Prepare and distribute food and drinks at rest stop.

Assist with parking, mostly by directing participants to parking lots at Aviator Brewing Co. Volunteers for this job can also ride (don't forget to register for the ride).

Assist with registration and passing out cue sheets, etc. Volunteers for this job can also ride (don't forget to register for the ride).. We need one person to stay until the 30 milers leave at 10:30 AM

Clean out coolers and ice chests and re-pack trailer. Patrol parking areas and pick up trash. Help your event director, who's already been working all weekend! Volunteers for this job can also ride (don't forget to register for the ride).. Help unpack trailer at the storage unit

Respond to riders needing assistance and transport as necessary. It's helpful if you can offer basic repair, such as fixing a flat. Must be able to carry bikes on your vehicle, including those with disk brakes. May also assist at rest stops when not responding to riders.
