REGISTRATION CLOSES JULY 12th. LATE REG PERIOD APPLIES UNTIL JULY 15th @ 11:59pm

NO WALK UPS: Pre-registration only

Reg Fees: $45 through Sunday, July 12th. +$10 Late Registration Fee July 13th - July 15th @ 11:59pm

If you want to register for a 2nd division, there will be a $20 charge

Check in & Weigh ins:

Juniors 4-15: 8:30am-9:30 am

Kata Check in only: 8:30am-9:30am

17+, 30+, 50+ Masters (all ranks) Newaza: 11:00am-12:00pm

Schedule:

• Referee Meeting: 9:30am
• Opening Ceremonies: 10:00 AM
• Kata immediately follows opening ceremonies
• Juniors will begin immediately after Kata
• 17+ through Masters rolling start as Juniors conclude & mats are available
   

FORMAT: Double elimination will be used for all divisions

Concessions: Available Onsite in the small gym - Cash only

Divisions: 

• Juniors (4-6 yrs.) no chokes or armbars

• Juniors (7-9) no chokes or armbars

• Junior Novice (10-12) no chokes or armbars

• Junior Advanced (10-12, blue belt and above) no chokes or armbars

• Junior Novice (13-14) no chokes allowed, no armbars

• Open Juvenile (13-14) chokes allowed; no armbars

• Cadet Novice (15-17) chokes allowed; no armbars

• IJF Juniors (15-20) chokes and armbars allowed

• Senior Novice (17+) chokes allowed; no armbars

• Senior Brown (17+) chokes and armbars allowed

• Senior Elite (18-29) chokes and armbars allowed

• Veterans (30-49) chokes and armbars allowed

• Veterans (50-59) chokes and armbars allowed

• Veterans (60+) no chokes allowed; armbars allowed

• Nage no Kata (all ages) no weight required

• Katame no Kata (all ages) no weight required

• Ju no Kata (all ages) no weight required

• Newaza, minimum age: 13 years old; weight required; chokes and armbars allowed EXCEPT no chokes for 60+)

Rules: Tournament will be conducted in accordance with USA Judo rules.

The Nutmeg State Games may modify rules to add, combine or eliminate divisions in the interest of safety and fairness for all participants.
