Check in Riders that have already registered - give them wristband and t-shirt., confirm lunch
New Registration management , take payment, give wristband and t-shirt (as available)

Set up breakfast table with available foods such as donuts, bagels, fruit , granola bars, muffins etc - cup up into single serve portions if needed, keep food stocked and clean, set out cups, plates, napkins, etc. Mix Gatorade and manage other beverage/ice

Direct cars to designated parking areas ensuring adequate space for cars to leave. You would have enough time to Ride!

Depending on what leftovers we receive from the previous ride, there are typically a few (or several ) items left to be purchased. This usually happens the Tues or Wed prior to the Ride date. Items must be delivered to a local Sanford address . Costco/ Sam's club memberships are extra helpful

Signs are put out at various intersections, exits to direct riders to Goldston Recreation Park. SAG signs are also put out. This is done the week before the Ride.

Fill coolers with donated ice (TBD) - This is done the day before the Ride (Friday May 9th). Typically meet at 3/4pm and go to local school/ fire dept to fill coolers. (very large coolers need to be lifted on to truck).

Set up table (tent if needed) Unpack food and set out , put beverages on ice, manage the amount of food that is put out and keep everything visible.and well stocked. You will be making PPJ sandwiches, cutting up oranges and bannanas and mixing gatorade etc. Keeping everything clean and organized. Please recycle as you can. Bag up all garbage, and breakdown boxes

Pick up Beer from Wild Dogs Brewery (in downtown Sanford) the night prior to the ride (Friday May 9th ) and keep beer kegs cold overnight. Bring them to Goldston Recreation Park (start of the ride ) by 10:00 am and set up taps. (the beer comes in smaller sized cylinders usually 4-6) they are not full or half kegs.
Stay through 2pm and manage/ hand out beer
*Please be sure you know how to set up taps and get the beer flowing **

Set up food stations for lunch. Serve food to participants, replenish /stock food and beverages , keeping food areas clean and organized. Possibly cook hot dogs/hamburgers as well.

Bag up garbage
Break down boxes
Break down tents / tables
Clean/ rinse and dry coolers

Help RRR volunteers box supplies, clean coolers, & pack trailer. Drive trailer to Sanford. Requires truck with 2" hitch

Set up and manage the CARA Booth- to include selling t-shirts/ merchandise, handling payments, keeping booth organized and help with tear down.

Drive trailer to CBC in Holly Springs. Requires truck with 2" hitch.

Retrieve Road and SAG/ Support Signs POST Ride - After 3pm

Pick up supplies at Goldston Recreation Park - Drive SAG. Pick up and help riders. Communicate with other drivers and Director as needed.

Be the last rider on each of the Courses ensuring Riders stay on course
