Registration Deadlines

Early Deadline:
Entry Fee: $18 for first event plus $2/additional event
Deadline: Thursday, May 1, 2025

Mid Deadline:
Entry Fee: $23 for first event plus $2/additional event
Deadline: Monday, June 2, 2025

Final Deadline:
Entry Fee: $28 for first event plus $2/additional event
Deadline: Tuesday, July 1, 2025

Athletes receive a cotton t-shirt with their entry fee. For $12, athletes can upgrade to a dri-fit shirt during registration. The deadline to order a shirt is June 19.

All USA Swim members will be charged a $6 surcharge during registration (required by USA Swimming).

NO ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

We are only accepting late entries into empty lanes and they can register the day of the event. The scratch deadline for the distance events (500 and 1000 freestyle) is at 8:30am both days. 

Spectator Admissions will be taken at the event. Spectators can pre-purchase admission by clicking HERE or admission can be purchased on-site. 
5 & Over: $5.00
4 & Under: Free

T-Shirt Information
