COMPETITION FORMAT:
This race is sanctioned by USA BMX as a single point race. Non-members are allowed to ride in this event. Riders will be divided into classes by following the USA BMX guidelines. Classes are for all ages and genders. It takes a minimum of three riders to make a moto. Race officials and event staff will be available to assist first time BMX participants with any questions and help acclimate them to the track.
NOTE:
Riders must be able to ride without training wheels, if not, Strider Bikes will be available to ride. All bikes will have to pass a safety inspection. Bikes are not allowed to have pegs, chain guards, kickstands, bracket reflectors, water bottle brackets, or baskets (event staff will be available to help remove these items to ensure safety). Grips and bar end plugs must cover handlebar ends. Bikes will be divided into Strider, Class (20” or smaller wheels), and Cruiser (24” wheels). Mountain bikes are accepted. Riders are required to wear long pants (waist to ankle), long sleeved shirts (short sleeved shirts with elbow pads accepted), closed toe shoes, and a proper fitting helmet. NO EXCEPTIONS!
