DEADLINES:

Registration & Team Roster deadline: June 30th at 6 pm

Deadlines will not be extended and no late entries. After the deadline is done the sign-up will be frozen. 

FEE:

Best Ball & Scramble:

- 4-person scramble fee:  $350 per team
- 2-person scramble fee:  $175 per team

Fee includes green fees, cart, breakfast, range balls, awards, and lunch.

Individual Stroke Play

- $65 per person for 18 hole divisions.
- $60 per person for 9 hole divisions.

Fee includes green fees, range balls, awards and lunch. Carts are available for rental on site (ages 16+)

TEAM ROSTERS & WAIVERS:

Please read this section carefully regarding our policy and procedure for completing your team rosters and waivers online using RaceReach. Only the team captain will need to pay.  When the team captain has completed registration and paid they will be given a TEAM CODE to give to your teammates.  This TEAM CODE is unique to your team and the player will automatically be placed on your team once their registration is complete. ALL PARTICIPANTS ON YOUR TEAM MUST JOIN YOUR ROSTER USING THE RACEREACH - NO EXCEPTIONS. Rosters will be frozen at 6pm on Friday, June 30th.  Failure to meet the team roster deadline will result in your team being pulled from the competition with no refund. By registering for this event, all teams agree to follow the Roster & Waiver submission policies and procedures.

COMPETITION FORMAT:

Best Ball & Scramble:

- Divisions include Men's Open, Women's Open, and Co-Ed Open for both the Four Person Scramble and Two Person Best Ball.

- For Two Person Best Ball, team will select the low score.

- Age determination date is July 1st, 2023.

- Men 64 and under will play white tees. Men 65+ will play red tees.

- Women 64 and under will play red tees. Women 65+ will play gold tees.

- Flights will be based on the number of registrations.

- Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals awarded to the top three teams in each division

Individual Stroke Play:

- Individual Gross Stroke Play.

- Male Divisions: 10-12 (red tees), 13-14 (white tees), 15-17 (white tees), 18-44 (blue tees), 45-64 (white tees), 65+ (red tees)

- Female Divisions: 10-14 (gold tees), 15-20 (red tees), 21-54 (red tees), 55+ (gold tees)

- Male 10-12 & Female 10-14 will play 9 holes. All other age groups will play 18 holes.
