What is orienteering? Orienteering is an exciting outdoor adventure sport that exercises mind and body. The aim is to navigate between checkpoints marked on a special orienteering map. There is no set route so the skill and fun come from trying to find the best way to go! We give you a pre-marked map, you navigate around the course looking for orange and white control points. The Sunflower Games is perfect for first-timers, kids and competitive athletes all in one event. You can go solo or as a team; you can walk or run. But the fastest elapsed time wins!
