TEAM ROSTERS & WAIVERS:

Please read this section carefully regarding our policy and procedure for completing your team rosters and waivers online through RaceReach.  Your roster will be formed as your players register on RaceReach. As a CAPTAIN, when you register you will be requested to pay all team fees and then will be given a TEAM CODE that will be specifically designed for your team.  You will forward this TEAM CODE to all PLAYERS for them to use when they register.  As all players register, sign waivers and use your TEAM CODE, the players will automatically be put on your roster, creating your Team Roster.  Rosters will be frozen on Wednesday, July 12th at 6pm.  

Roster limit of 6. Minimum is 4.

 

COMPETITION FORMAT:

• Divisions for both Co-Ed and Women's.

• USAV Beach rules apply.

• No open hand tips will be allowed.

• Teams will have pool play in the morning; two games to 21, win by two. Pool play will have a 30 minute time limit per match; (minimum guarantee of six games).

• Tournament play will be in the afternoon; best of three, deciding game to 15, win by two.

• Tiebreakers: 1) Head To Head. 2) Average Point Differential. 3) Average Points Against.

• Co- Ed: Equal number of male and female players on the court or match will result in forfeit.

• Women's: Minimum of four teams. Must play with four players or match will result in forfeit.

• Should there be less than four teams in either Co-Ed or Women's, the divisions will be combined.

• Game ball provided, bring volleyballs for warm-up.

• Minimum age for all divisions is 14. NOTE:  All divisions will include all ages and levels of play unless enough teams register so that divisions can be made.
