St Paul Lutheran Church Abundance Sauna Registration Form

Please choose your session from the times listed below. Sessions are limited to the time reserved and begin and end promptly. If you would like a longer session you are welcome to reserve consecutive sessions. You will need to bring your own towels, hydration, and other sauna supplies. There will be some delicious bakery goods for those who arrive early, they tend to sell out quickly. Each participant is required to sign the waiver.

These are Private Sauna Sessions. Private sessions reserve the entire sauna exclusively for you and your party.

Duration: 1 hour

Capacity: Comfortably seats 3–4 adults

Arrival & Session Timing

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time to get oriented. Sessions begin and end promptly out of respect for all guests and are limited to the time reserved. If you’d like a longer experience, you’re welcome to book consecutive sessions.

What to Expect

You’ll receive a Welcome Packet and waiver by email the week before your session. The packet will orient you to the experience and answer most questions. A Sauna Mestari will be on site to guide you and help you get the most out of your session. Remember to hydrate starting 24 hours in advance.
