*There is a schedule conflict between the Community Murph and competitions scheduled. If you register for a competition, then we recommend you do not register for the Murph. Community Murph The Murph is a powerful workout and tribute, but don’t let the name intimidate you! At the Transplant Games, this isn’t about competition—it’s about community, support, and showing up together.
A typical Murph consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run We will begin with a Heavy Murph Showcase featuring Donor Games athletes from the National Kidney Registry, afterwards the Community Murph will begin which is open to all 2026 Transplant Games attendees. Participants can sign up for one of the tree following divisions in the Community Murph:
Can't run? Walk. No pull-ups? No problem. No push-ups? We’ve got modifications. This event is about honoring the spirit of perseverance, not about how many reps you can do. Every step, every push, and every cheer counts.
