Event Cancellation Policy

In the situation where the event has to cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Race Director and Race Committee:

• Local, State or National Emergency
• Hazardous or dangerous weather conditions
• Pandemic - type condition
• Adverse conditions as determined by the City of Durham and/or Durham County
• Any other conditions the Race Director has no control over which will impact the safety of the participants

Refunds will not be made, but race packets will be available to registered participants at a yet-to-be-determined location and time.  The location and time will be communicated to participants via emails and website.
