Why am I fundraising?
I lost my sister, Colie Hoffman to suicide. She was a beautiful and kind person who had the best sense of humor. Colie could make you laugh...big rolling laughter- the kind that would make your stomach hurt, or shoot milk out of your nose during lunch. She would always lend a listening ear or reach out with a helping hand -whether it was 4 am or not. Colie's home was everywhere and anywhere all at once. She was a talented, moving, and published writer and has left her legacy of poetry. Our lives are changed without her and she is deeply missed.
