Why am I fundraising?
At North Raleigh Periodontics and Implant Center, we firmly believe that overall well-being encompasses much more than just teeth and gums. That's why we are proud supporters of The Walk for Hope and its crucial research in the area of mental health. While our expertise lies in oral health, we understand the profound connection between mental and physical health and recognize that a healthy mind is essential for a healthy body. Supporting this cause is especially meaningful to us on a personal level. A few years ago, Dr. Singletary and his family lost a dear friend to mental illness. She was part of the dental community, and she originally introduced us to The Walk for Hope. By participating in this event, we honor her memory and demonstrate our commitment to giving back to the community. Together, we aim to advance mental health research and foster a healthier, more resilient community for everyone.
