Forms, Team forms, Continuous Point Sparring, & Olympic Sparring. Forms will be held as a double elimnation competition. Olympic Sparring will be scored under PSS (Protective Scoring System).

Competitors will generally be divided by age, sex, rank, and (where necessary) size or weight.
