The Sola Hot Mini 5k is now in its ninth year! This race has become a community staple, hosted by Sola Coffee in North Raleigh.
In 2018, Sola owner Jeanne Luther was diagnosed with ALS, and went home in April of 2022. The race is coordinated by Jeanne’s family as one way to help fight to create a world where ALS is curable.
To date, this 5k has raised well over $300k in the fight to END ALS. 2022's race will be both an in-person and virtual event and all proceeds raised will be donated to help in the fight to end ALS. Our goal is to raise $200K in funds this year - let's get to work and we'll see you there!
