- We MUST do better and that begins with the Overall Parking Leader.

The Overall Parking Lead will LEAD overall Parking activities, additional Lead people will be assigned to lead and manage each parking area, manage the team of parking volunteers, ensure people are placed appropriately to manage traffic for parking, block problem areas from cars (i.e. prohibited areas, muddy areas, avoid fire ants), ensure the flow of cars is managed appropriately (For example, parking areas closest to start are filled first and work outwards).

After last Event Sweep Riders are through: Clean up, take inventory, and pack for transport.

MUST have a vehicle with a bike rack and bike floor pumps.

Drive route, be able to assist riders with mechanicals, and/or bring riders back to a Rest Stop or back to the event Start area.

In addition, may be needed to help transport food and water to other Rest Stops, etc.

Coordinate and communicate with the team of SAG drivers prior to the event so they understand their responsibilities and which SAG drivers is covering which route.
