Immediately following competition awards, athletes are invited to participate in a 1.5-2 hour baton clinic led by national and world champion collegiate twirlers from the University of South Alabama. Participants will receive level-appropriate instruction and the opportunity to learn new tricks, combinations, and performance tips in a fun and supportive environment.

The Alabama State Games provide amateur athletes of all ages and abilities the chance to compete. We aim to ensure that all Alabamians who wish to participate face no barriers to competition, particularly in the host cities. The ASF Foundation understands that cost can be a significant obstacle for some participants.
