Volunteer Opportunities:
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help us ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for all participants. Here are the roles we need help with:
Pre-Event Preparation:
- Goodie Bag Packing: Help pack goodie bags with event materials and goodies for participants.
- Race Packet Distribution: Assist with handing out race packets to participants during the pre-event registration.
Event Day Roles:
- Start Line Support: Help manage the start line to ensure riders begin safely and smoothly.
- Course Marshals: Provide directions and ensure the safety of participants along the course.
- Aid Station Helpers: Assist at aid stations, providing water, snacks, and support to riders.
- Finish Line Support: Welcome riders back, hand out medals, and provide post-race refreshments.
- Post-Ride Celebration: Assist with setting up and managing the post-ride celebration, including food and beverage distribution.
