The North Carolina Bicycle Club's Summer Rally on Sunday, August 13th, offers a challenging, 60-mile route with 3 signature climbs, and somewhat flatter 41- and 26 -mile routes.
Fully supported rest stops sag support from 8am-2pm, along with food and drink at the finish (including ice cream sandiches!
NCBC promotes and supports safe cycling across North Carolina. Participants will receive a free, 1-year NCBC membership. Existing members will have their membership extended by one year.
The ride starts and finishes at the Harris Energy & Environmental Center: 3932 New Hill Holleman Rd, New Hill, NC 27562 [map].
There is plenty of parking (all paved) behind the Harris Visitor Center and along Shearon Harris Road.
Registration, food, and porta-johns will be in the picnic area in front of the building.
Registration opens at 7:00am and all rides start at 8:00am.
