Now in its 30th year, the Run for Life is one of the Triangle area's oldest 5K's.

Once again, the event will be held at the Soccer Park with the mile run beginning at 8:30 am, and the 5K starting at 9:00 am.

Proceeds from the race will benefit BirthChoice, which has been providing free services to pregnant women in the Raleigh area since 1971 by offering pregnancy tests, limited Ultrasounds, and other services at no cost and with no obligations. They make sure their clients are cared for in a respectful and loving environment, and that they are empowered to make an informed decision. The entry fees for the 5K are $35 (with shirt) and $30 (without shirt) up to and including April 2nd.  After that date, the fee is $40 and shirts will be given out “as available.”.
