UNC Psychiatry UNC Psychiatry is proud to partner with the Foundation of Hope to support the research and treatment of mental illnesses. We interweave education, research, and clinical care to provide comprehensive support, evaluation and treatment to individuals with mental health concerns and their families. The Department also provides the state of North Carolina with the largest number of licensed psychiatrists, who overwhelmingly choose to continue on to work in the public sector in a variety of fields, including child and adolescent psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, eating disorders, and women’s mood disorders.

Why am I fundraising?

UNC Psychiatry I am inspired daily by the kids and adults I come in contact with each day that are fighting for their life AND their quality of life. This Foundation was started by a family that wanted to DO SOMETHING to relieve the suffering that they witnessed w their family member. They have inspired me by their hard work, perseverance, and commitment to this cause. Please donate if you can.
