The Sprint Triathlon (1/4 mile swim (or 1.5 mile paddle or 1 mile run), 11 mile ride, 3.1 mile run) is a great course for those newer to the sport and perfect for an early season race.  New or updated routes for 2016!

For the Kids Triathlon, there will be two distances based on age (remember, age as of Dec 31). The 6-9 year olds will swim 50 yards in the indoor Greendale YMCA pool (1 lap), bike 1.3 miles on closed roads, and complete just over 1/4 mile run.  The 10-15 year olds will do about double the distance (100 yd - 2 mi - 1/2 mi).
