2017 Myrtle Beach Marathon Medical Director: Christine McGinley,  D.O. Dr. McGinley is board certified in Family Medicine since 2004 and has been practicing at the Little River Medical Center (4303 Live Oak Drive, Little River, SC 29566) for more than 10 years. Dr. McGinley is also an avid runner and has been a member of the Grand Strand Running Club since 2012. She has completed numerous 5Ks and half marathons, as well as three full marathons including the 2016 Myrtle Beach Marathon and the 2016 Chicago Marathon.
