Weather Procedures

This event is RAIN or SHINE or SNOW or COLD

If it is raining or snowing or freezing, yes we are running and the event will take place.  Please come prepared, you will have access to your vehicle to drop off any extra layers, keep warm/dry while waiting.

If there is thunder and/or lighting prior to the start a 15 min delay will take place from the last flash and/or bang.  Our permits only allow for up to a 30 min delay, if the run can not start by 8:00am the event will be canceled and held virtually. 

If there is thunder and/or lighting after the start of any distance.  The event will be canceled, participants will be asked to clear the course, return to their parked vehicles, and to finish the race virtually at a different time.

If the event is canceled prior to the start or during, you must pick up your finisher medal prior to leaving the event site.  NO MEDALS WILL BE MAILED.
